Medical Device Integration with SuperEMR-

PMC has developed seamless integration with medical screening equipment such as X-Ray, ultrasound, nuclear imaging, computed topography scan, magnetic resonance imaging, holter, ekg, echo, and hemalogy analyser. Test results in the form of dicom images/video or other digital/analog data formats can be "captured" from the listed device and stored into the SuperEMR system, catalogued under the associated patient chart.

End-to-end Imaging and Health Information Technology solution for an Imaging Center

The PMC solution features an efficient and paperless workflow, from scheduling to viewing and reporting, for an Imaging Center. Highlights of the solution include:

  • Streamlined operations for the Imaging Center - Complete paperless workflow from order entry to patient eligibility checking to worklist integration with the modalities to image capture to radiologist reporting to billing to report distribution to referring physicians and patients.
  • Electronic Medical Record solution - Patient demographics, medical history, laboratory test results, medication, and all scanning history (in the form of dicom and reports) can be stored and viewed easily from the patient chart summary page.
  • State-of-the-art picture archiving and communication system (PACS) for the storage and indexing of DICOM images and video from the various modalities such as X-Ray, ultrasound, nuclear imaging, computed topography scan, and magnetic resonance imaging. The solution also includes remote backup capabilities for business protection.
  • Radiology Information System (RIS) - Radiologists can access pending studies and patient electronic charts remotely via the Internet. PMC also inlcludes a proprietary dicom viewer. Custom templates are available to help streamline the reporting process. Also, the ability to integrate with dictation software such as the Dragon Dictate allows alternate means of data entry for report generation.
  • Efficiency, Flexibility, and Cost effectivity

    • Comprehensive digital x-ray acquisition and storage solutions -

    This is a custom solution developed for a digital x-ray sensor. The project is consisted of an embedded application system for the acquisition data from a CCD imaging sensor. The application will also include a picture archival and communications system (PACS) and a remote storage solution.
