The ultimate wellness program is to begin with children. strYve Pacific will work with schools, camps or organizations to provide our FEAST programs at a level that can be easily understood and implemented with children of all ages. Recent headlines news like "Obesity in Children Becoming a Major Factor in future Health Care Costs", "Liver Disease the Latest Risk for Fat Americans", Today's Children Suffering from Weighty Issues"; indicate that the health and wellbeing of our children is an issue we need to be concerned about.
The good news is that children respond well to positive education and motivation. Children have a natural ability to believe in themselves and what they are learning. The biggest impact can come in middle to junior high in educating children on our FEAST concepts. These formulative years can be positively influenced by role models and programs. We believe we have the perfect program.
Kids Empowerment Program
- To educate kids in a manner that they can understand and at their learning level.
- To involve them in goal setting activities and group activities.
- To begin participating in visioning their goals and sharing their goals verbally.
These three Capacities are touched in all FEAST concept training:
- Financial Fitness. Kids will understand what it takes to run a household, a simple budget and simple savings and investment terms.
- Exercise and Nutrition. Kids will develop their own goals for fitness and healthy eating - based on sound strategies.
- Attitude. We share simple studies and exercises to demonstrate how attitude affects your day and your activities.
- Spirit and Soul. Gives kids a safe forum for sharing their thoughts on faith.
- Time for Self Growth. Using popular children's books and course material we explore the options that allow a child to expand their life walls. Popular topics: public speaking, creating their own personal style, and career exploration.
